Venturing on his own, Robert Cali, continues to set the bar for private travels by continuing to be a trusted and reputable partner in the aviation Industry.  With 19 years of experience in aviation, Robert prides himself in elevating the guest’s experience; both in the air and on the ground. He credits this to the extensive experience he gained while supporting Part 91 and 135 Operations during his 15 years in the FBO industry.

Born and raised in Northern New Jersey, Robert was surrounded by business aviation influences. Being strategically positioned to support 3 major aviation airports: Teterboro (TEB) Morristown (MMU) and White Plains, NY (HPN), Robert was instilled with enthusiasm to pursue his passion for aviation and grow within the industry.

From the ground up, Robert began his aviation career fueling flight school planes and supporting General Aviation traffic for a small boutique FBO Operator. He excelled in his role as a Line Service Technician before being recruited to Signature Aviation in Morristown. In 2008, Robert made the move over to a global luxury brand, Jet Aviation at Teterboro Airport, where he spent the bulk of his young career. Robert credits his time at Jet Aviation to exploring the world supporting business aviation operations domestically and internationally. Having extensive knowledge with the Part 91 and 135 operations, allowed Robert to focus on attention to detail and exceed expectations in providing FBO services for crew members and passengers.

An opportunity presented itself to join the fastest growing charter operator based out of North Carolina in 2020. Robert accepted the role of Station Manager for flyExclusive supporting flight operations in the New York City Metropolitan Area. His experience in the business aviation industry allowed Robert to elevate the brand for flyExclusive to where he earned his role as the Vice President of Experience. 

As Vice President of Experience, Robert was tasked in maintaining relationships with clients in promoting a world class brand, establishing trust and provide resolutions on a case-by-case basis. The invaluable experience gained over the last 19 years allows Robert to think outside the box to curate a memorable experience for clients providing them a seamless and effortless operation. This also allows him to be confident in having difficult conversations with peers and clients to seek solutions for a positive outcome while maintaining brand integrity.

Robert will continue his unrelentless pursuit to perfection offering his services to the world and execute a seamless and luxurious journey that can't be replicated.
